Any engagement (including software development, staff augmentation, penetration testing or compliance work) is governed by a separate written agreement or statement of work. Quotes and scopes are confirmed in writing. Penetration testing is only performed with written authorisation from the system owner.

• Only use the free security quick-check on domains you own or are authorised to test. It makes a small number of ordinary, read-only requests (one home-page load over HTTP and HTTPS, and public DNS lookups); results are a quick indicator only, not a penetration test or security assurance.
• Do not misuse forms, submit spam or attempt to access systems you are not authorised to use.
• Do not interfere with the security or operation of this site.

5. Intellectual property

Site content, branding and images belong to Appa Technologies Pty Ltd or its licensors. Ownership of client deliverables is set out in each engagement agreement.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from use of this website.
